FGF will be hosting demonstrations of how to create your very own Food Garden.

As of the 8^th February 2010, we will be conducting continuous workshops for individuals who want to come at their own capacity and learn this precious skills; 

The demonstration entails:

Theory session covering -

• The advantages of using the FGF Method;
• Soil improvement;
• Mulch;
• Protection;
• Planting Plan;
• Pest Control, etc.
• just to mention a few.

Practical session

•  A demonstration of the FGF method
•  Measuring
•  What to plant
• How to plant ( Interplanting (anti-pests plants)), etc.

Course Material:

1. Workpapers (giving information and guidelines on how to start, maintain and sustain your Food Garden).
2. Seeds to get you going;
3. And a free Membership for a year
