History

Management Structure

A flat management structure has been adopted. The Foundation is driven by a management committee which should include all internal stakeholders both staff and Director. The Director and the Management team meet weekly to discuss projects, reports, project planning, funds, etc. The Fieldworkers/Trainers give feedback every Monday on projects they visited in the previous week. Goals are set and monitored by this committee. The overall control of the organization is in the hands of the Board, which meets quarterly to keep up with the progress of the organisation.
